Sparrow, the sunny room overlooking the back verandah, is now available as a twin share room.  The views of the surrounding hills and garden remain the same of course and guests will enjoy all the other comforts –  your own TV with DVD player, comfortable beds with luxury linen and your choice of high or low profile pillows. You will find bath robes, and toiletries in your room. Your room will be cosy and warm when you arrive in winter and in summer as well as the north easterly breezes, it is air conditioned for your comfort.

Your room rate includes a gourmet breakfast, which is self serve continental and cooked, served at the time that suits you in the dining room or on the back verandah. We use locally produced and organic ingredients wherever possible, and happy to provide gluten free breakfasts on request.

Magpie is named after this beautiful native bird who visits when I am gardening and comes to the birdbath in the back garden regularly. It is a serene, queen room with shared bathroom facilities. Put your books on the bedside table and relax on the comfy bed with luxury linen. Watch TV or a DVD from our collection in your room if privacy is what you are after. You will find bath robes, and toiletries in your room. In winter we warm the rooms before you arrive, so that it’s a cosy welcome and in summer you have a remote control ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning.  You have a choice of outdoor sitting areas – the front verandah is perfect is summer to pick up those cool breezes or in winter just pop out to the back verandah and soak up the northern sun.

Welcome to Blackbird, an elegant queen room at the front of the house with en suite. Sleep well on luxury linen or relax and watch TV or a DVD in the privacy of your room. Your needs have been catered for with high and low profile pillows and don’t worry if you forgot to pack a few things as you will find bath robes, hairdryer and toiletries. In the winter months, the heating is turned on well before you arrive to make sure you have a cosy welcome. In the summer months there is a ceiling fan for your comfort and ducted air conditioning. This room has a dedicated corner sitting area on the front verandah, where you can have a drink or read your favourite book. The spot is well suited to the warmer months as it is south facing and gets cooling breezes.
